The School for Energy Efficiency Opens Doors

About Us

The School for Energy Efficiency was founded by Wesson Energy, a Waterbury, Conn.-based provider of energy products and comfort services. By offering a comprehensive approach to efficiency beginning with an energy audit, Wesson Energy became a home performance contractor and now provides its customers with one stop shopping for all their energy needs.

Unlike some "schools" that offer nothing more than online training, The School for Energy Efficiency has a real campus with real laboratories and classrooms where you receive face-to-face training and gain hands-on experience.

Instruction From Industry Insiders

Our instructors are building efficiency professionals who have successfully completed the extensive training required to achieve trainer certification from BPI, RESNET and the U.S. Green Building Council. Their field experience enables them to understand the challenges that their students face and provide meaningful advice on practical matters.

Our Affiliation with the Connecticut Community Colleges
The School for Energy Efficiency is affiliated with The Entech Advanced Energy Training school as its satellite training facility.
